With help from their friends and family, they are able to fight through their issues and find their happy ending! Like these stories that continue on with the characters....These books are best read in order. They are stand alone stories but better if you have read the first

This story was a joy to read. Enjoyed Trace and his cowboy. Enjoyed having all my favorites continue to be a part of their story. Such a nice series about a community. Truly enjoyable.
I feel like this is a neighborhood every one wants to know about. Tho they don't seem to have much privacy. This was a very enjoyable read. Luke and Trace are so sweet.
A standalone but with a bit of a cliffhanger.
2.5 rounded up. This series is ok but a bit too perfect and too sugary sappy sweet for me. Everything is so wonderful it feels forced and fake. I like the premise and the promise but the execution isn't working for me.
How can you not love a story with a hot cowboy who falls in love with the hot talented artist. Great story and amazing characters you can't help but fall in love with.
